Ministry History

Founder: Larry Gudith

In a lonely prison cell in May 2003, Larry Gudith was deeply moved by the Holy Spirit and created Lifeline Prison Ministry to serve God by reaching out to those incarcerated and their families.

Upon Larry's release from being incarcerated, his passion to share the love, peace and joy that a personal relationship with Jesus Christ can bring into the lives of the inmates and their families grew and grew.

The Lord opened many doors and Lifeline Prison Ministry in conjunction with other ministries and churches have created a multitude of programs for the inmates and their families........ From it's simply beginning Lifeline has flourished and today has over 4,300 dedicated volunteers statewide serving God in one or more of the twenty (20) programs the Ministry provides for the incarcerated and their families
